Policies:

1. Reserve your visit at The Bend with a advance payment equivalent to one night stay by either Visa or MasterCard.  Arrival and check in details will be given after reservation.  Check in is 4:00pm,  checkout is 11:00am generally speaking you may check in early if your lodge is ready or check out a little later if available after checking with us.
2. Two-night minimum stay required on weekends and on some holidays.
3. Guest is any person 8 years old or older,  children under 8 are free.
4. 14 days prior to arrival cancellation notice required for full refund on deposit.
5. Balance due upon arrival accepted by Visa, Master, cash or check.  The balance due upon arrival will be charged by default to the credit card previously given for deposit unless an alternate payment method was requested prior to arrival
6. No Smoking and no pets allowed, inside the lodges. Failure to comply will result in a $100 charge for extra cleaning.
7. Please pick up your own cigarette heads if smoking, as well as additional trash, outside during your stay.
8. Please bag the bottle/cans and other trash and take to the dumpsters located near the lodges.  You will be charged for excessive trashing of the lodges.
9. Guests will be responsible for paying for any damages to both inside and outside the facilities charged to your credit card.  You will be charged for excessive trashing of our lodges.
10. Please drive on designated roads only and park in designated driveways.
11. No ATV or any loud vehicles are allowed on the grounds (bikes or quieter children’s vehicles are OK).  We want to respect the privacy and restful stay of our guests.  Ask us about exceptions for parties renting all the lodges.  (Refer to Area Attractions/ Turner Falls Cross-Bar Ranch for ATV & Motor cross)
12. No loud or boisterous behavior will be tolerated and guests exhibiting such behavior will be required to leave.  We reserve the right to evict any guest or guests without refund for improper behavior or breaking of River Bend policies.
13. We are not responsible for any losses or accidents which occur during your stay.

 

Spa Info & Guidelines for your better enjoyment

• You are stepping into a therapeutic grade spa,  meaning great water volume movement run by two five hp pumps.  All of our lodges have a large six person therapeutic grade spa hot tubs. 

• These pumps are controlled by two buttons (1&2) on the control panel which also has a button for a light, and temperature control (avg. hot tub temp is 100-104).

• You do not need to turn the spa on and off.

• However you can turn the pumps on or off by the buttons on the control panel.

• If you leave the pumps running they will automatically shut off in twenty minutes.

• Water movement can be adjusted through the various turning knobs located on the top edge of the spa.

• Most control the air amount flowing through the jets.

• One controls the waterfall.

• The more important, larger one, controls movement between the large foot message and the emphasis of jets in the recliner seat.

• Note that it is easier if you turn pump #2 off when adjusting this larger valve.

• Water jets can also be adjusted at the jet by turning ring bordering the jet

Some Rules

• Please shower before using the Spa

• Do not put any liquids like soaps or oils into the Spa

• Return the cover if not in use for a while

• Keep an eye on small children or elderly using the spa

• Not responsible for accidents
