Policy/ house rules and Directions

To ensure a fine stay for every guest, and to encourage this samll family owned endevore, please comply with all the important policies/house rules. We sincerely thank you!

Reservation

  1. Two night minimum reservation with a deposit equivalent to one night’s stay.

  2. Each cabin accommodates specific number of guests. Guest is anyone other then infants. Except the Tree House does not accommodate children 12 years or younger due to 15 ft. elevation.    

  3. If you need to accommadate additional guest, there will be a small fee of $20/person/night. please provide your own sleeping arramgemant. We prefer a stay within the guests number each cabin is designed for to maximize the comfort. But we understand sometimes flexibility is called for.

  4. Balance is due upon arrival charged to credit card on file. 

  5. Cancellation/Change of date: Please call or text number below, 21 days prior to arrival day for full refund of deposit/ Change of dates, 14 days for 50% refund and no change of dates for individual cabin, and 45 days prior to arrival day for multiple cabin rentals for full refund and no change of dates. 

  6. Early check in and late check out is upon availibility at $15/hr, and needs to check with us 3 days prior to arrival day with a confirmation from us. 


    During your saty

    To better your stay, and avoid extra charges, Please comply with all our house rules/ policies 👏🏼

    1. ✅ Please NO pet/events/extra guest/visitor/drone/commercial photography/clay shooting/fire works, unless pre-arranged with us.

    2. ✅ Please No smoking of any kind inside or near the cabin. Marijuana/cannabis/firearms are prohibited on property. 🚫 Smoking is allowed only outside and away from the deck. Please be mindful of the fire hazard in summer and please pick up your own smoking related trash.

    3. ✅ ATVs or loud vehicles are allowed for parking only to ride in Cross Bar ranch.

    4. ✅ Drive only on designated road; not on grass! Park only on graveled driveways.🌱

    5. ✅ Any Violation of above policies, or excessive mess /damage to the property, guests

    will be charged between $100-$1000 depending on the case.

    6. ✅ No loud or boisterous behavior will be tolerated. We reserve the right to evict any guest without refund for improper behavior or breaking of the policies.

    7. ✅ We are not responsible for any losses or accidents that occur during your stay.

    8. ✅ Quiet hour after 10 pm✨🦌

    9. ✅ Early check in and late check out is upon availibility at $15/hr, and needs to check with us 3 days prior to arrival day with a confirmation from us. 

    🪵 For your convenience, we have stocked some fire wood near the entrance, it’s donation based to help local boy scout.  Please be mindful of other guests’ portion and use discretion for your consumption.

    As You Prepare to Leave

  1. Discard all food leftovers in trash bin and rinse out dishes. Be mindful of kids’ messes like candy wrappers and gum.)

  2. Please BAG all your trash and dump the trash on the large dumpster located to the right of the gate.

  3. Please adjust the AC to summer at 80 degree and winter at 62 degree.

  4. Place furniture back if you moved them around.

  5. As you leave, double-check that you have all your belongings and do not mistaken our items with yours like towels and blankets etc…

  6. Please place the key back in the lock box and disguise the code.

Directions and Amenities

Directions and arrival info to your lodge will be provided in the confirmation email, after you book. Make sure to check your respective lodge page under accommodations for a list of the amenities in your specific lodge.
